01General Terms & Conditions

Hibjee (hibjee.onl) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and select countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hibjee and its users.

By registering, logging in, or using the Hibjee platform in any way, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. It is therefore important that you read this document carefully before you begin.

• Each user may open one account only.

02Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Hibjee, you must provide your real name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance at any time.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until this verification is complete. We guarantee that your personal information will be kept secure.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If your account is hacked or accessed without authorisation, notify us immediately.
• Withdrawals will be held pending until KYC verification is complete.

03Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Hibjee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus. The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account level and verification status.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If additional verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours. Hibjee does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a fraudulent transaction is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in account suspension.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hibjee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements and expiry period, all of which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Winnings generated from the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.

• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once from the same IP address or device.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and an investigation will be initiated.
• Each bonus may have a maximum bet limit.
• Hibjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

05Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Hibjee are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is fully random and impartial. Independent third-party auditors regularly verify this system.

If any player attempts to manipulate the gaming system through software bugs, technical glitches, or any other dishonest means, the results of that game will be voided and the account will be permanently closed. 09Dispute Resolution

10Policy on Changes to Terms
